Systems that run from the device to the cloud to the decision.

IgaUga.EU designs, builds and operates software, data and AI systems for organisations whose products and processes are both physical and digital. One team covers architecture, application development, cloud and Linux operations, data pipelines, machine learning and the delivery practices that keep it all maintainable.

What we do

End-to-end engineering, delivered by people who have run every layer in production.

Most providers stop at one boundary: the firmware team hands off to the cloud team, the data team hands off to the application team. We take responsibility across those boundaries, so integration problems are solved once and the system works as a whole.

Solution & Software Architecture

Web platforms, distributed systems and integrations designed for reliability, security and a long production life. From target architecture to the first working release.

Cloud, Platform & Linux Engineering

Development, test and production environments on AWS, DigitalOcean and private VPS. CI/CD, networking, VPN, TLS, firewalls, vulnerability monitoring and release automation.

Learn more →

Data Platforms & Analytics

Acquisition from equipment never designed to share its data, pipelines into cloud databases, and dashboards, reports and exports that operations teams act on.

Learn more →

IoT & Edge-to-Cloud

MQTT-based connected-device toolkits, Raspberry Pi and Linux edge controllers, offline-tolerant data submission and near-real-time remote monitoring with alerts.

Learn more →

MedTech Software & Medical Imaging

Diagnostic applications, medical-device data integration and image-analysis algorithms, with support for the documentation behind 510(k) and CE marking of software as a medical device.

Learn more →

AI, Machine Learning & Statistical Modelling

Classifiers and statistical models grounded in two decades of research and product work, moved into operational pipelines with the controls that regulated domains require.

Learn more →

Rapid Prototyping & Digital Workflows

Processes that still live in spreadsheets and email turned into working web applications within weeks, piloted with real users and improved on evidence.

Learn more →

Agile Delivery & DevOps Enablement

Scrum and Kanban stood up and embedded, backlog and work-visibility tooling configured, CI/CD introduced and teams trained so the practices stay in daily use.

Recovery & Modernisation

Damaged projects rebuilt, dispersed infrastructure consolidated, shared hosting migrated to automated VPS, and controlled release paths restored.

Sectors

Where physical products, sensitive data and regulation meet.

Our work concentrates in domains where systems must be accurate, secure, explainable to non-specialists and operated under clear responsibility.

MedTech & Healthcare

Diagnostic software for human and veterinary medicine, cardiac-device data transfer, medical imaging and cancer-detection models, implant-design methodology integration.

Industrial & Energy

Battery manufacturing data collection, marine battery remote monitoring, connected-device toolkits and field-service analytics for operations in connectivity-constrained environments.

Public Sector & International Organisations

Financial reporting platforms for diplomatic administration, infrastructure and identity for NGOs, and systems that must respect GDPR, NIS2 and emerging AI governance obligations.

Finance & Risk Analytics

Statistical models for credit-card fraud detection, aggregation of SAP-sourced financial data, and reporting tools used by financial administrators in production.

How we work

Hands-on from the first week, accountable through to production.

  1. Understand the chain

We map the full path from data source to decision, with process owners and engineers in the room, and name the security, hosting, data-handling and sustainment constraints early.

  2. Design for operation

Architecture, data models and environment separation are designed for the people who will run the system: traceable data, controlled change and clear ownership.

  3. Build and pilot

Working software early, iterated with real users. We use AI-assisted development where it shortens cycles without dropping review, tests and traceability.

  4. Automate and hand over

CI/CD, automated testing, vulnerability monitoring and documented operations, with your team trained to carry the practices forward.

Why IgaUga.EU

Research depth, production discipline.

Our team combines a scientific background in statistical modelling and medical image analysis with twenty years of shipping and operating software. That mix means models are built to be deployed, pipelines are built to be audited, and architectures are built to be run by someone other than the people who designed them.

We work in English, French and Polish, from Brussels, across Belgium, the EU and neighbouring countries, for companies, research organisations, NGOs and public institutions.

More about us
  • One team across the stack. Firmware-adjacent data acquisition, Linux and cloud operations, Python/Django applications, databases, analytics and ML.
  • Experience with hostile constraints. Hardware with no export interface, intermittent marine connectivity, legacy spreadsheets as a system of record, projects already in trouble.
  • Security and compliance as part of delivery. TLS, VPN, firewalls, environment separation, vulnerability monitoring; GDPR, NIS2 and AI Act awareness; SaMD documentation support.
  • Practices that outlast the engagement. Certified Scrum Master leadership, DevOps toolchains, and training for in-house and remote embedded teams.
  • Proven research-to-product transfer. Peer-reviewed publication, three medical-imaging patents and models that reached market-ready products.
